A time to give thanks!

During this wonderful time of year devoted to sharing all the things we are thankful for I thought I would share my blessings! Please feel free to share yours and think about what you are most thankful for!

Having Faith and God in my life Life can be hard, stressful, dramatic, and simply draining. I am so thankful that I have an amazing God in my life that fills me back up, gives me hope and keeps me going. With out his love and forgiveness I would truly be nothing.

My amazing hubby- I say it all the time but Adam is my best friend and I am so thankful that I get to spend the rest of my life with him by my side. He is the most incredible husband and I am truly blessed to be his wife. He makes my life complete and I cant wait to see where life takes us from here.

My wonderful family- I have the BEST family there is. Two incredible parents who have guided me, loved me, pushed me, respected me and made me the person I am today. An awesome little brother that I am so proud of and makes me laugh every time I'm around him. And my extended family is amazing too; the Pipkin's, Keefe's, Cooper's, and Garza's are such an incredible group of people and I just cant say enough about how lucky I am to be one of them.

The In-Laws- Ok well honestly I just consider them my family too, because they are THAT awesome! But I thought I would give them their own category. I married into the best family and there is never a time that I don't feel completely accepted and loved by all of them. I'm so thankful that God blessed me with the Alexander's.

Incredible Friends- Throughout my life I have had amazing friends. Some come and some go, and some I know will be there for a life time, but at one point in my life they have all touched me in such an amazing way. They have been like family, made me laugh, lifted me up, and guided me through this journey of life. No matter how old I get I will always need my girlfriends.

A wonderful job/career- I don't talk about it much on my blog but I have a really great job! Is it what I imagined I would be doing when I "grew up" no... but in someways its better. By title I'm nothing special, just a client service associate. But to my team and our clients I am much more. I feel like part of a family... a very dysfunctional one but still a family. And in this bad economy I am even more thankful that I have a job I enjoy, a job I'm good at, and a job that is stable. I know not everyone is lucky enough to say that. I'm also thankful that this unique job gives me the flexibility to grow, to change and to adjust. One day will never be like the next, and it's always changing but I'm thankful that at this job the only thing holding me back from being what I want to be is me.

My babies- Gizmo, Smalls, and Roxy brighten my day. Their love is truly unconditional and I am so thankful I get to go home to such adorable, loving, sweet animals every day.

Ok so those are my big ones. There are so many little things on a daily basis that I'm thankful for, but the top 7 are the things I would never want to live with out. They are my life and I am so thankful to be blessed with this life.

xoxo~ Jamie
