Ok so I knew it would happen sooner or later… I completely and totally abandoned my blog! Eeek! I’m sorry but I knew it was coming. I was a little burnt out with way too much on my plate. And the holidays totally did me in! Way too much online shopping to worry about something like a blog! (P.S. I learned this year that online shopping is the best possible way to get through Christmas and keep your Christmas cheer, no long lines, no fighting for the last pair of whatever with some crazy chick who really should be worrying more about her screaming 2 year old than battling with a stranger over something that is $10 cheaper today than it will be tomorrow, no one asking for donations, no crazy parking lots, just me my computer, a whole world full of goodies to buy and a credit card. Ahhhhh, here’s to actually enjoying shopping again!)
ANYWAY I have lots of fun things to blog about but here is a quick recap of how I spent the last few months! Happy (LATE) New Year, hope your 2012 is off to a great start!
First thing on our Fall agenda was to celebrate the Baptism of little miss Clara! Adam and I spent the weekend in Fort Collins and Greeley and were blessed to become Clara's God Parents along with her Aunt Jennie.

We were in Aspen for the
Summit for Life a charity event to raise money and awareness for Organ and Tissue Donation. (If you're interested in learning more check out their website at:
http://summitforlife.org/) This is the first time Adam has ever done anything like this and it was truly nerve racking for both of us! (No I didnt do it but I was still worried about him for a couple of hours!)
The race starts at the base of Aspen Mountain and ends at the Sundeck, it's 3,267 vertical feet in 2.5 miles and starts at 5:00pm! It was an amazing experience for Adam and something he hopes to do again in the future.
